It’s summertime & these Texas Waterparks are open for the season!

School is almost out, and summertime is when Texas shines. That means two things – bored kids & hot kids. Most Texas parents turn to one solution for both – waterparks for the whole family! Below, find the best water parks in Texas open for the season. They are spread out across the Lone Star State.

From young children to adults – who doesn’t like to play in the water, especially in the Texas heat? When families share memories, some of the best things happen, and visiting a waterpark makes a wonderful family vacation and many fun moments to cherish. Texas boasts fantastic waterparks with tube slides, water slides, body slides, and all the slides for everyone to enjoy.

Hawaiian Falls Waterparks

The wave pool at Hawaiian Falls is sensational. If your kid has not checked in lately, check the pool! Don’t worry – life jackets are available. And, if your kids are looking for you, tell them you’ll be in the lazy river – all day! That’s where I’d be. Go here to check out all Hawaiian Falls Parks – Mansfield, Roanoke, Waco, Garland, and The Colony.

Bring your own food for $15 per ice chest. Factory water bottles are free to bring. I love HF, but the food there isn’t that great. Also, several options for season passes are available.

It’s always best to check out the waterpark before going and purchase tickets online if you can. It may save time waiting in long lines.

Also, many waterparks in Texas offer special events with live music. That would be a bonus.

So, this is our list of Texas waterparks for the season. We are sure it is incomplete as Texas is so large. If you see an omission, please comment below.

Have fun, stay cool, and don’t forget your waterproof sunscreen!
