Texas Wine Country is ready to serve, with boutique inns, vineyard views, and tasting rooms.
Wine country vacations in Texas blend small‑town charm, vineyard views, and lovely stays that let you linger long after your last glass of wine. Central Texas is the heart of Texas Hill Country wine getaways and remains the most captivating place for a wine‑focused escape, with lodging woven directly into vineyard landscapes or just nearby.
You may think Fredericksburg is the only place in the area that offers this sort of getaway, but I’m here to tell you otherwise. Though there are beautiful vineyards in Fredericksburg that offer excellent wine vacations, other small towns, such as Dripping Springs, Marble Falls, and Johnson City, are just as quaint and filled with Texas wine, restaurants, and overnights.
